About the Instructor
Lauren Hofland
Originally from Minnesota, Lauren Hofland has called the Turks and Caicos Islands home for the past eight years. Initially moving to join the Bark & Bliss team as a Veterinary Technician, she soon discovered her passion for fitness and wellness, becoming a personal trainer and yoga instructor. Lauren has honed her skills with training in the USA, Belize and Peru, bringing a holistic and energetic approach to her work. She shares her home with Kermit, her beloved potcake known for his generous spirit in sharing toys with local strays. Lauren is also an active volunteer with SNiP, contributing her time to improve the lives of animals in the community.

H20 Life Style Resort is located in Long Bay. Puppy Yoga will take place on the Rooftop at 4:30 PM.
